Bali Personal Drivers - Originally Babi Guling (Suckling pig), only served at a ceremony both traditional ceremonies nor religious ceremonies, but now Babi Guling have been sold in food stalls, restaurants, and even certain hotels in Bali as the main menu.

Babi Guling is a kind of food that made of whole roasted pork and the pigs are used is typically a young pork. The pig that have been slaughtered, then cleaned and disemboweled. The abdomen of pig then filled with condiments and vegetables such as cassava leaves, garlic, red onion, pecans, cilantro, lemon grass, lime leaves, and pepper. While on the outside of the pig smeared with turmeric water and then grilled over a charcoal while playing around until cooked through. Babi Guling is already cooked characterized by discoloration of the outer skin pork to brown and crisp.

These food, which is usually called "be guling" by the the local people, actually can be made from other types of meat such as duck or chicken meat. Babi Guling's most famous delicacy is Babi Guling which comes from the Gianyar regency.
